If you are lucky enough to hold tickets to the hottest show on TV, there are some rules that you have to follow. Most people gladly follow these rules to the letter, the first thing you have to remember is that show times are subject to change so you have to be on time. The morning taping arrivals must be there between 7:00 am and 7:30am and the afternoon taping arrivals must be between 11:00 am and 11:30am.

There is a dress code when attending an Oprah taping, if possible avoid wearing white or beige colors, because those colors can be very reflective to the lights in the studio. You cannot bring cameras, video recorders, cell phones, pagers or any electronics. If you do, you can check them with security and at the end of the taping you can claim them.

Speaking of security, everyone must pass through a security point before anyone can get into the studio. To make your visit to the Oprah show more pleasurable, please try to down grade your purse size, the smaller the purse the easier it will be to get through security.

If you are attending a taping with a group of people, please be considerate of other guests as they should be to you. Everyone is a guest of Oprah’s so treat her with the respect of watching out for your guests. You must have one form of picture ID; you will not be allowed to come inside unless you show an ID.

Please do not bring gifts or cards or letters, they won’t be forwarded. There is also no other baggage claim so only come with a small purse and you will have a great experience.
