Due to the high demand for these reservations, chances are you may not get through unnless you're willing to make repeated calls. Most of these calls will end in a "We're sorry. All cricuits are busy" message, but with enough determination, you will get through to a member of the audience department who will tell you what taping dates are available. Remember, you must speak with a member of the Audience Department in order to obtain reservations. This is very important. Also, any promise of a reservation through an other source is not valid. Do not pay money for The Oprah Winfrey Show reservations or tickets. Finally, you won't actually receive a ticket; instead your name will be added to the reservation list.

Sometimes, you may be able to get tickets via email but it is rare. To do this, look for last minute email reservations on Oprah.com and be ready to send in a ocmpelling email telling the Audience Department why you would be a great audience member for that show. Some times there are contests on Oprah’s websites that you may be able to get tickets. Enter these to increase your odds.

As of this writing, the reservation line was closed, but the Oprah staff will post a notice on the website about upcoming reservations. This is usually done no more than a day or two in advance, so frequent visits to the website is your best option to know when to call. It won't be easy, but it is possible depending on your level of determination. Don't give up. Keep trying and someday you may find youself on the Oprah Winfrey Show set.
